At ALT. Fragrances, we want you to find your perfect scent match, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items that meet our eligibility criteria. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and have not been excessively used to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process within 14 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack your fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
